Rabi

Rabi fortress is the biggest fortress in Bohemia and is the biggest fortress ruins in the Czech Republic. The fortress amazes its visitors with its grandeur and rigour and the thickness of its walls. Rabi fortress was the key fortification during the Hussite war and it was in Rabi fortress where the invincible commander Jan Zizka lost his second eye during the siege of the fortress. There are national architectural monuments and a Jewish cemetery in the town not far from the fortress.
