Cesky Sternberk
The history of Cesky Sternberk dates back to 1240 and is inextricably linked with the famous noble family Sternberk. The fortress is situated in a beautiful region, which attracts a lot of tourists, water sports and fishing enthusiasts. Cesky Sternbek is a fortress created in a Gothic style. It towers over the Sazava river and it is a memorial of the centuries-old history of this region. Among all the fortresses and castles, Sternberk is one of the best-preserved European castles.
